Create tangible results in the world

In a world of online social and professional networks and "virtual" friends, you will have an opportunity to meet, learn and create in a community of support. You will be engaged in embodied practices, guided by Strozzi Institute's founder, Richard Strozzi-Heckler, in order to achieve your life goals.

The Advanced Leadership environment is grounded in rigor, compassion and trust. You will declare a vision (what you see possible for the World), a mission (what you see possible in your lifetime), and a personal or professional project (what you want to accomplish in a shorter horizon of time).

In the conferences, scheduled across several months, we will create mind, body and spirit practices around individual leadership projects and continue to deepen and enliven the skills you have learned in previous courses. Participants in the Somatic Coach certification program will have the opportunity to practice and hone the skills of Strozzi Institute's somatic methodology.

Advanced Leadership is a symposium reserved for graduates of Leadership in Action 1 and 2 and those in the Somatic Coach certification program. Since the course was first offered, 85 percent of participants have successfully accomplished their declared project.
