Cancellation Policy

30 days or more from the first day of a course: tuition will be refunded, less the non-refundable $500 deposit.

29-14 days from the first day of a course: 50% of tuition will be refunded.

13 days or less from the first day of a course: no refund.

Changing courses:

Transferring to a difference course or course date within 30 to 14 days before the first day of a course will result in a $250 fee. Transferring to a different course or course date 13 days or less from the first day of a course will be considered the same as canceling a course, no refund (see above).

All courses require a non-refundable deposit of $500. This insures your place in the course.

Tuition balance is due no later than 30 days before the first day of the course.

Note: Annual Conference only -- no refund for cancellations after February 28, 2012.
