Somatic Bodywork Seminar

The skills learned in this seminar will expand your ability to work with your clients. Even though you may not use specific bodywork techniques when working with your clients, you will develop substantially keener observation and assessment skills. By developing your ability to formulate Somatic Assessments, you dramatically increase the learning curve of your clients and accelerate their development.

You will also develop the ability to shift mood, build trust and increase your client's ability to focus on the Somatic aspects that enhance or inhibit their current ambitions. Further focus includes learning to work on, with and through the body to create new interpretations, new stories, and new patterns of behavior and performance.

In this course you will learn to: Develop authenticity - integrate thought process and physical expression. Expand your listening and compassion skills. Practice staying 'centered' during the various emotional states of others. Deepen your Somatic Coaching skills. Develop receptivity to the issues of your clients and others. Develop a deeper understanding of armoring and how to work with it. Use breathing techniques to shift mood and change emotional states.

Advanced Somatic Bodywork Seminar

In this advanced course, we will deepen and expand on the skills learned in the Somatic Bodywork™ seminar. You will learn keener observation and assessment techniques. By expanding your ability to formulate Somatic Assessments™, you dramatically increase the learning curve of your clients and accelerate their development. You will continue to develop the ability to shift mood, build trust and increase your client’s ability to focus on the Somatic aspects that enhance or inhibit their current ambitions. Further focus includes learning to work on, with and through the body to create new interpretations, new stories, and new patterns of behavior and performance. This seminar focuses on technique and is designed for those who use bodywork in their practice.

Prerequisite: Two Somatic Bodywork Seminars

Cost: $1500 ($500 deposit required)
