Organizational Programs Course Offerings

Build leadership effectiveness in an open, supportive environment

At Strozzi Institute, we teach the practice of leadership. Many of our clients prefer to attend a course designed exclusively to address specific needs and protect business confidentiality. We offer a range of options and invite you to read about our custom programs.

Some of our corporate clients choose to send individual executives, managers and team members to our open-enrollment, fixed-date public workshops, held in various locations across the country. If that is appropriate for your organization, we recommend the following course of study.

Leadership in Action

Begin the process of inquiry and practice to identify your personal leadership style and start to remove barriers that are keeping you from fulfilling your goals. Build on Strozzi Institute principles and practices as you refine your leadership competency and create sustainable change. This is a two-session program which leads off this course of study.
