Leadership in Action
Begin the process of inquiry and practice to identify your personal leadership style and start to remove barriers that are keeping you from fulfilling your goals. Build on Strozzi Institute principles and practices as you refine your leadership competency and create sustainable change. This is a two-session program which leads off this course of study.
Prerequisite: None - all welcome
Advanced Leadership
A three-conference session over three months where you state a clear goal, select a specific project and take the steps necessary to create tangible results in the world. More than 85% of participants are successful in achieving their goals. This is an advanced course in our course of study.
Prerequisite: Leadership in Action
Somatic Bodywork
Not just for bodyworkers, this course is for anyone that works with people: coaches, consultants, therapists, managers and directors. You will gain an understanding of the depth and complexity of Strozzi Institute's somatic work, and learn to effectively see and assess the "self" in a person's body shape. You will learn hands-on bodywork techniques and develop a powerful presence in all relationships.
Prerequisite: None (Leadership in Action is recommended)
School of Embodied Leadership
This is a five-and-a-half day intensive practice for emerging and established leaders to develop the mental, emotional, and physical fitness that optimizes leadership performance. Separate, life-altering sessions for men, women and teenagers.

Somatic Coaching Intensive
Two distinct, two-day intensive programs offer in-depth training in Strozzi Institute's somatic coaching processes, practices and distinctions. You will learn: specific practices for incorporating somatics into your coaching, establishing and maintaining coaching relationships, deepening your somatic skills and designing somatic practices and interventions.

The Wisdom of the Body
Richard Strozzi-Heckler leads this personal growth retreat, where you can re-awaken the embodied intelligence that streams through you and enlivens the gestures, expressions, conversations and experiences that make up who you are. This is an elective course.
Prerequisite: None - All welcome
Somatic Spirit
A nine-month course. Deepening into the direct experience of life ultimately leads to inquiry of Spirit. This program develops a community that supports your personal relationship to Spirit and spiritual practice and a respect for the sacredness of nature. This is an advanced-level course.
Prerequisite: Leadership in Action and Advanced Leadership.
